We did this technique at my Card night last month and I really enjoyed the look. I am sure I will use with one allot. You can find the tutorial by Beate on Splitcoaststampers. Beate is amazing and I have always admired her work.
I know my ribbon is a little big on this one, but it doesn't look so over whelming in life.

Stamps: Lizzie Anne Designs - Far East
Cardstock: Chocolate Chip - SU, Pretty in Pink - SU, Shimmery White - SU, Shimmery Black, Tissue paper
Ink: Stazon
Accessories: Chocolate Chip Ribbon - SU, Pink from Micheal's (it is such a close match to Pretty in pink), Hodgepodge label holder, glue stick, markers, blender pen and re-inkers.
