I have been wanting to try this technique for a long time. I was at Ikea with my friend Joyce on the weekend and came across a 4 pack of these candle for $1.99. What better time to try!!!I referenced to SCS for the Tutorial.
This really was super easy. My brother was over at the house and he really like it for his girlfriend. So I made another one in less then 5 minutes. I will be making more of these!!!
