SIMPLE THANK YOU CARDS

 This is a card that I had made for my soon to be brother in law.  We exchanged christmas wishes this year with Kyle's family instead of but presents.  

My Brother in law needed some Thank-You card for people at his work.  This is what I can up with for a gender neutral card.

I did a single layer then embossed it with my nesties, stamp the image, a little ribbon and a tag.  Clean and simple.

Congratulations

These were made for one of my co-workers. She needed some Congratulations cards that were gender neutral. This is what I came up with. I think they look a little retro...I am OK with that.

Garden Whimsey VS All The Best

As I was making Beate's Weekend Sketch Challenge #38, I did this one too. I don't think it matched the sketch, but wanted to share. I normally like to do 2 cards at the same time. We have had pretty nice weather this last week, so I seem to making more springy stuff.

Beate's Weekend Sketch Challenge #38

OK, so I spent last night and part of today "creating". I always try and do Beate's Weekend Sketch Challenge. This is what I can up with. I seem to keep going back to the set All the Best - SU. Isn't the brad to die for. They are from K & C Company. They are just too pretty. I know I have a hard time using things that are too pretty. Don't want to "waste" them. Yes, I am a little bit of a hoarder with my craft things.

So to the left is my first attempt at the SC for this week. Then I quickly realized that it didn't really match the challenge. So the one on the right I did to match the challenge.
My girlfriend Joyce gave me this set as I had helped her out on a class and now she wants it back!!! Hehehehe. I didn't think I would get much use out of it, as I am not really a flower girl, but I think these turned out really good. For the flower petals, what I did was stamp the image with pretty in pink and the took my aqua pens in a little bit of purely pomegranate and did a layer around the middle to give the petals some dimension.
